2. Personal data processed

Only the data you enter in the form, and the technical data needed to receive your request securely, are processed:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: e-mail address and, if you share it, phone number
• Professional information: company name
• Request details: the product you are interested in and the content of your message
• Transaction security: browser information and time of submission. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP address is kept for a short time only as an irreversible hash; the raw IP address is not stored.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving and answering your information and demo request
• Contacting you about your request, presenting the products and carrying out the quotation process
• Preventing abuse of the form (unsolicited messages, automated submissions) and ensuring information security

4. Legal bases

Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5/2 of the KVKK:

• (c) Processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract (conducting pre-contractual discussions at your request)
• (f) Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

5. Transfers

Your data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes. It may be transferred, only to the extent necessary to provide the service, to the information technology providers from which we obtain hosting and e-mail services, and to authorized public bodies in response to requests arising from legislation.

Our website and contact form are hosted on servers located outside Türkiye. The data you submit through the form is therefore transferred abroad; this transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on our website, by partly automated means.

7. Retention period

The data you submit through the contact form is kept for 2 years from the date your request is received and is deleted at the end of that period.

If your request leads to a contract, your data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; when those periods end it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
• To request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate
• To request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction
• To object to an outcome against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
